If you are starting from the center of Garapan, head southeast on Beach Road (the main road along the waterfront). Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Chalan Kanoa Road. At this intersection, turn left onto Chalan Kanoa Road. Continue walking straight for approximately 5 minutes, and you will see the Historic Preservation Office on your right side. The office is located at Caller Box 10007, Saipan 96950.

Begin your journey in Garapan at the central plaza. Rent a bicycle from a local shop if you don't have one. Cycle south on Beach Road towards the Saipan Boat Basin. After about 10 minutes, turn left onto Chalan Kanoa Road. Continue biking for another 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Historic Preservation Office on your right at Caller Box 10007, Saipan 96950.
