From the center of Garapan, start at the Garapan Street Market. Head east on Beach Road (Route 30) for about 700 meters until you reach the intersection with Chalan Kanoa Road. Turn left onto Chalan Kanoa Road and continue for about 300 meters. You will see a sign for the Coffee Tree Mall on your right. Enter the mall and take the escalator to the second floor. The Angry Penne will be located on the second floor of Victoria Plaza within the Coffee Tree Mall.
