From your location in Capital Hill, head towards the main road leading to the west. Follow the road until you reach the intersection with Beach Road. At the intersection, turn left onto Beach Road and continue straight for about 1 mile. You will pass several shops and local businesses. Once you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road that leads to Victoria Plaza. After a short distance, you will see the Coffee Tree Mall on your right. Enter the mall and take the escalator to the second floor. The Angry Penne will be located on this floor.

If you have access to a bicycle, start by heading towards the main road in Capital Hill. Proceed along the main road until you reach Beach Road. Turn left onto Beach Road and cycle straight for approximately 1 mile. Upon reaching the roundabout, take the second exit towards Victoria Plaza. Keep your eyes peeled for the Coffee Tree Mall on your right. Park your bicycle outside the mall and head inside, taking the escalator up to the second floor where The Angry Penne is located.
