From any location in Koblerville, start by heading towards the main road (Middle Road). If you're near the Koblerville Post Office, walk south until you reach Middle Road. Once on Middle Road, head west toward the town of Garapan. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach the intersection with Beach Road. Continue straight, following Middle Road as it curves slightly. You will pass several shops and local eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for signage indicating the direction to Saipan. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the entrance of the Coffee Tree Mall, which is on your left side. Enter the mall and take the escalator or stairs to the second floor. The Angry Penne is located there, accessible from the main corridor.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from Koblerville and ride towards Middle Road. Make your way west along Middle Road, which will lead you toward Garapan. Stay on Middle Road for approximately 2 kilometers. As you approach the intersection with Beach Road, keep riding straight. You will see several shops and local landmarks on your right side. After about 1 kilometer, look for the Coffee Tree Mall entrance on your left. Park your bicycle at the designated bike rack if available, then enter the mall and head to the second floor where The Angry Penne is located.
