Car
If you are traveling by car, start from San Jose, Tinian. Head southeast on Route 2 towards the airport. Continue straight for about 2.5 miles (approximately 4 km). Look for signs directing you towards Fleming Point. After 2 miles, you will see a sign for Tinian Grotto on your left. Turn left onto the unpaved road, which leads directly to the grotto's parking area. There is no fee for parking.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can catch a local bus or taxi from San Jose. Inquire with your hotel or local tourism office for the nearest bus stop. Ask the driver to drop you off at Fleming Point. The fare is typically around $5. From the drop-off point, you will need to walk approximately 10-15 minutes down the path leading to Tinian Grotto. Make sure to follow the signs indicating the trail to the grotto.
Walking
If you are already near Fleming Point, you can walk to Tinian Grotto. From Fleming Point, head towards the coastline and follow the path that leads directly to the grotto. It is about a 20-minute walk. Be mindful of the terrain as it can be rocky and uneven.
