If you are traveling by car, head towards Evje. From Kristiansand, take the E39 highway north towards Mosby. After about 15 km, merge onto the E18 towards Grimstad. Continue on the E18 for approximately 35 km, then take the exit toward Rv9 towards Evje. Follow Rv9 for about 25 km, and you will arrive in Evje. Flåt nikkelgruve is located just outside Evje. Use your GPS to navigate to the coordinates: 58.5989° N, 7.8703° E. There is free parking available at the site.

To reach Flåt nikkelgruve via public transportation, take a bus from Kristiansand to Evje. The bus service is provided by Agder Kollektivtrafikk, and you can check their schedule online. The journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Evje, you can either walk to Flåt nikkelgruve (approximately 3 km) or take a local taxi, which may cost around 100 NOK. If you choose to walk, head northeast on Rv9, then turn left onto the road leading to Flåt nikkelgruve.
