If you're driving, use the E6 highway towards Oslo. Follow the signs for 'Oslo Sentrum' and take the exit for 'Rådhusgata'. Continue on Rådhusgata until you reach Rådhusplassen (City Hall Square). There are several parking garages nearby, such as the 'P-Hus Rådhuset' which charges an hourly fee. Expect to pay around 40 NOK per hour.

Take a train from any station in Akershus to Oslo Central Station (Oslo S). Trains run frequently, and the journey usually takes about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at Oslo Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the waterfront. Follow the signs to Rådhusplassen, which is a 10-minute walk. Alternatively, you can take Tram 12 from the station towards Majorstuen and get off at the 'Rådhuset' stop, which is right by City Hall Square.
