If you're traveling by car, start by heading towards the E6 highway from your location in Akershus. Follow the signs for Oslo. Once you're on the E6, continue driving until you reach the exit for Sinsenkrysset. From there, take the exit for the Rv163 towards Storo. Follow the Rv163 and then take a left onto Torshovgata. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Akersgata, where you will take a right. Follow the signs towards Nordmarka, and then look for signs directing you to Trollvann. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

For those using public transportation, start at your nearest bus or train station in Akershus. Take a train towards Oslo Central Station (Oslo S). Once you arrive at Oslo S, transfer to the T-bane (metro) Line 1 (Frognerseteren). Alight at the 'Vinterbro' station. From there, you can take bus number 56 towards 'Sognsvann' and get off at the 'Trollvann' stop. The bus ride may take approximately 30 minutes, and you may need to purchase a ticket, which costs around 38 NOK for a single journey.
