Public Transport - Bus
If you are starting from Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), walk to the bus terminal located just outside the station. Look for Bus 37 towards 'Sars' gate'. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Sars' gate' stop. From there, it's just a short 5-minute walk to the Naturhistorisk museum. Head south on Sars' gate, and you will see the museum on your left.
Public Transport - Tram
From the Oslo Central Station, walk to the tram stop 'Jernbanetorget' which is located directly outside the station. Take Tram 17 or 18 towards 'Grefsen'. After about 8 stops, get off at 'Tullinløkka'. From there, it's a 10-minute walk: head south on Tullinløkka, then turn right onto Sars' gate where you'll find the Naturhistorisk museum on your left.
Walking
If you are nearby in the city center, you can walk to the Naturhistorisk museum. Start at the Oslo Opera House and walk along the waterfront towards 'Aker Brygge'. Continue to follow the waterfront until you reach 'Rådhuset' (City Hall). From the City Hall, head east on 'Rådhusgata', then take a left onto 'Huitfeldts gate' and continue until you reach 'Sars' gate'. The museum will be on your right after a short walk.
