If you're driving from Akershus, head towards the E6 highway. Merge onto E6 towards Oslo. Continue on E6 for approximately 30 km. Take the exit towards sentrum (city center) and follow the signs for 'Sentrum' (center). Once you reach Oslo, keep left to stay on E18, then take the exit towards 'Storgata'. Continue on Storgata until you reach the intersection with Bislett. Turn right onto Bislett and continue straight. After a few blocks, turn left onto Ullevålsveien. You will find Ragnar Kalheims plass on your right, in front of the Oslo Spektrum.

Trains run frequently, and the journey typically takes around 20-30 minutes. Once at Oslo Central Station, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal located just outside. From there, take bus number 34 or 21 towards 'Majorstuen'. After about 5 stops, get off at the 'Bislett' stop. From the bus stop, walk straight down Bislett, then take a left onto Ullevålsveien. Ragnar Kalheims plass will be on your right, in front of Oslo Spektrum.
