From the center of Ålesund, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the bus number 620 towards Godøya. The bus departs from Ålesund bus station located at 62.4727° N, 6.1559° E. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it can vary. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. After reaching Godøya, get off at the 'Alnes' stop. From there, it's a short 15-minute walk to Alnes Fyr. Follow the signs towards Alnesvegen, which will lead you directly to the lighthouse.

Begin your journey at Ålesund harbor, where you can take the ferry to Godøya. The ferry terminal is located at 62.4727° N, 6.1559° E. The ferry ride is about 15 minutes long. Once you disembark at Godøya, follow the signs to Alnes. You may have to walk for about 4 kilometers along Alnesvegen, which takes approximately 50 minutes. The scenic route will give you beautiful views of the coastline.
