From Ålesund city center, walk to the bus terminal at Rutebilstasjonen. Purchase a ticket for the bus heading towards Linge. The bus number you need is 660. The journey will take about 1 hour. Once you reach Linge, disembark at the Linge terminal. From there, you will need to catch a local bus heading towards Norangsfjorden. Confirm the bus schedule in advance, as it may not run frequently.

After arriving at Linge, look for the ferry terminal nearby. You will need to take a ferry across the fjord to the nearby area. Make sure to check the ferry schedule beforehand to plan your timing effectively. After the ferry ride, you will disembark and can continue your journey either by walking or waiting for a local bus to take you towards Norangsdalen.
