Getting There

  • Bus

    From the city center of Bergen, walk to the Bergen Bus Station (Busstasjon) located just north of the central train station. You can reach it in about 10 minutes on foot. Once at the bus station, look for bus number 925 heading towards Øystese. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Make sure to check the schedule ahead of time as buses may not run frequently. After arriving at Øystese, disembark at the bus stop closest to The Goldfish Lake, which is known locally as 'Gullfiskesjøen'. From the bus stop, you will see signs directing you to the lake, which is a short 5-minute walk.
