The only way to see Bryggen is to walk, and with this easy-to-use guide you do that in your own time, at your own pace, with an excellent commentary. It is programmed to run for 1 hour, but of course you can take your own time.

If you're looking for a guide who is knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely loves the city of Bergen, look no further. Jørgen was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Traveling with kids on a rainy day, we weren't sure what to expect, but Jørgen turned what could have been a challenging outing into one of the highlights of our trip. His energy was infectious, and it was obvious that guiding isn't just his job—it's his passion. His knowledge of Bergen's history, culture, and hidden gems seemed endless, and even our conversations outside the scope of the tour were fascinating. One of our favorite moments was when he played "local" music on a portable speaker as we hiked, adding a memorable touch to the experience. Our son has been "singing" and imitating it since. Despite the rain, the day was filled with incredible views, laughter, great conversation, shopping, and unforgettable memories. We can't recommend Jørgen highly enough. The next time we're in Bergen, he'll be the first person we contact for another tour.
