Continue walking until you reach the end of Bryggen, where you will see a small hill leading up to Dreggsallmenningen street. Ascend the hill, and Bryggens Museum will be on your left. Look for the sign indicating 'Bryggens Museum' at Dreggsallmenningen 3.

If you have taken the Fløibanen Funicular to Mount Fløyen, walk back down the hill towards the city center. As you descend, follow signs to Bryggen. Once you reach the harbor area, continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the wooden buildings of Bryggen. Follow the previous walking directions to Bryggens Museum from there.
