Walking
If you are starting from the Bergen Tourist Information Center (Bergen Sentrum), exit the building and head towards the main street, Strandkaien. Walk straight ahead until you reach the intersection with Kaigaten. Turn left onto Kaigaten and continue walking until you reach the bridge, Bryggen. Cross the bridge, and you will see several signs directing you towards Bergenhus Fortress. Keep walking toward the fortress and pass through the gates. Once inside the fortress area, look for signs pointing to Murhvelvingen. Continue walking straight until you see the Buekorpsmuseet, which will be on your left. The whole walk should take about 20-25 minutes.
Public Transport - Bus
From the Bergen Bus Station, take bus number 2 from the bus stop located just outside the station. Make sure to look for the sign that shows the bus's direction towards 'Bergenhus' or 'Bergen sentrum'. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Festningen' bus stop. From there, walk towards Bergenhus Fortress, which is a short 5-minute walk. Follow the signs to Murhvelvingen, and you will find Buekorpsmuseet on your left.
Public Transport - Light Rail
If you are near the Light Rail stop at Byparken, take Line 1 towards Lagunen. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at the stop called 'Bergenhus'. From the station, walk towards the fortress entrance, which is well marked. Once inside, follow the signs to Murhvelvingen. Buekorpsmuseet will be to your left after a short walk of about 10 minutes.
