If you are in Nygårdshøyden, start by heading west on Nygårdsgaten. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Professor Schyttes gate. Turn left onto Professor Schyttes gate and walk until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Muséplassen. The Agen Museum will be on your right at Muséplassen 3. It's about a 15-minute walk.

From Nygårdshøyden, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Nygårdsgaten. Catch bus number 12 towards Haukeland Sykehus. Ride for two stops and get off at the stop named 'Muséplassen'. From there, the Agen Museum is just a short walk away. The bus fare is approximately 38 NOK for a single trip.

Head to the nearest light rail station at Nygård. Take the light rail towards Lagunen and get off at the stop 'Bergen Kunstmuseum'. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the Agen Museum. Walk east on Rasmus Lølandsgate, then turn left onto Muséplassen. The museum will be on your left. The light rail ticket costs around 43 NOK for a single trip.
