Walking
If you're already in Bryggen, the Sailor's Monument is a short walk away. Head east on Bryggen towards the fish market (Fisketorget). Continue straight on Øvregaten until you reach the intersection with Torgallmenningen. Turn left onto Torgallmenningen, and you'll find the monument situated in the square, visible from the street.
Public Transportation
For those starting further away, you can take the light rail (Bybanen) to the 'Bergen (Bystasjonen)' stop. From there, it's about a 12-minute walk. Exit the station and head towards Torgallmenningen by following Torggaten. You'll walk past various shops and cafes until you reach the square where the Sailor's Monument is located.
Car
If you're driving, head towards the city center of Bergen. The closest parking facility is the 'Bygarasjen' parking garage located at Strandkaien 1. After parking, exit the garage and walk towards the waterfront. Follow the promenade along the harbor, keeping the water on your left. Continue walking until you reach Torgallmenningen, where the Sailor's Monument is prominently displayed.
