Car
If you are driving from Oslo, take the E18 highway towards Drammen. After passing Drammen, continue on E134 towards Kongsberg. Follow the signs for Kongsberg and take the exit onto Rv40. Continue straight until you reach Kongsberg city center. Once in the city, follow the signs to Kirketorget. Kongsberg Church is located at Kirketorget 1, 3616 Kongsberg. There is parking available nearby, but be aware of any parking fees which may apply.
Train
For those using public transportation, take a train from Oslo Central Station to Kongsberg Station. The train journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Kongsberg Station, exit the station and walk towards the city center. It is about a 15-minute walk to Kongsberg Church. Head northeast on Jernbanegata towards Kongsberg Skisenter, then turn left onto Kirkegata which leads directly to Kirketorget. Kongsberg Church is located at Kirketorget 1.
Bus
You can also take a bus from various locations in Buskerud to Kongsberg. Check local schedules for routes that stop at Kongsberg. Once you arrive at the Kongsberg bus station, it is a short walk to Kirketorget. Walk north along Storgata, then turn right onto Kirkegata which will take you to Kirketorget. Kongsberg Church is located at Kirketorget 1. Be aware that bus fares and schedules may vary, so it's advised to check the current rates and timings.
