Car
If you are travelling by car in Finnmark, start your journey on the E6 highway, heading north towards Karasjok. Follow the E6 for approximately 150 kilometers until you reach the junction for the E45. Take the E45 towards Karasjok. Continue on E45 for about 12 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Karasjok. Once in Karasjok, turn onto Bieskkangeaidnu Street. Old Karasjok Church will be located at Bieskkangeaidnu 22, 9731 Karasjok. There is parking available near the church.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from major towns in Finnmark, such as Alta or Lakselv, that service routes to Karasjok. Check local bus schedules, as they can vary. Once you arrive at the Karasjok bus station, it’s about a 1.5-kilometer walk to Old Karasjok Church. Head south on E45/E6 and then turn onto Bieskkangeaidnu Street. The church will be on your right at Bieskkangeaidnu 22. If you need assistance, local taxis are also available at the bus station.
