To reach Midgard vikingsenter at Birkelyveien 9, 3184 Borre from the center of Fredrikstad, start by heading to the Fredrikstad Bus Station. From there, take Bus Line 4 towards 'Borre'. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. The bus will make stops along the way, but you should disembark at the 'Borre' stop, which is the closest bus stop to your destination. From the bus stop, walk approximately 10 minutes northwest along Birkelyveien until you reach Midgard vikingsenter, which will be on your left.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike in Fredrikstad. Start from the city center and head towards the waterfront, following the bike paths along the river. Continue along the path until you reach the outskirts of Fredrikstad, then follow the signs towards Borre. The ride will take about 25-30 minutes. Once you reach Birkelyveien, turn right and continue until you see Midgard vikingsenter on your left.

For those who enjoy walking, start in the center of Fredrikstad. Head towards the river and follow the waterfront path heading north. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will want to cross over to the main road leading towards Borre. Walk along this road for about 4 kilometers, following the signs for Borre. Once you reach Birkelyveien, turn left, and after a short walk, you will find Midgard vikingsenter on your left. This walk will take around 1 hour.
