From the center of Odda, take Route 13 northbound. Continue on Route 13 until you reach the junction with the E134. Take the E134 eastbound towards Røldal. After approximately 15 km, look for signs indicating the entrance to Hardangervidda National Park. Follow the signs to Ragdeskogen, which is located just off the main road. Keep an eye out for parking areas near the hiking trails.
