If you are traveling by car, start from Hamar, the capital of Hedmark. Take the E6 highway heading north. Continue on the E6 for approximately 120 km until you reach the junction for the Rv27. Take the exit onto Rv27 towards Folldal. Follow Rv27 for about 30 km, and you will arrive at the entrance of Rondane National Park.
