If you're driving, start from Bergen city center. Take E39 south towards Os. After about 15 kilometers, take the exit towards Fana (Fanafjellsvegen). Follow Fanafjellsvegen for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach Fanafjell at Fanafjellsvegen 60, 5244 Fana. There is parking available near the entrance to the hiking area.
Public Transportation
To reach Fanafjell using public transportation, first take Bus 3 from Bergen city center towards Nesttun. Get off at the stop 'Fana Stadion'. From there, transfer to Bus 80 towards Os, and get off at 'Bjørndal'. It's a short walk (about 15 minutes) to Fanafjell from there.
