If you are driving, start from the city center of Bergen and take E39 towards the south. Follow the E39 for about 15 kilometers. Take the exit toward Hjellestad and continue on Mildevegen. The University Gardens will be on your right side. There is parking available at the site, but make sure to check for any parking fees that may apply.

From Bergen city center, you can take Bus 90 towards 'Milde' from any bus terminal. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Mildevegen' and walk about 10 minutes along Mildevegen to reach the University Gardens. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary on weekends.

Take the light rail (Bybane) from Bergen city center towards 'Lagunen' and get off at the stop 'Bergen storsenter' (approximately 10 minutes). From there, transfer to Bus 90 towards 'Milde'.
