From Hovden center, head east on Hovdenvegen (road 9) for about 3 kilometers. Follow the signs toward the direction of Fjellvaaken skytesenter. After approximately 2 kilometers, take a right onto Unnamed Road. Continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the entrance of the shooting range. Parking is available on-site.

Take the local bus service from Hovden center heading towards Byglandsfjord. Make sure to check the schedule as the service may not be frequent. Alight at the closest stop, which is about 1.5 kilometers from Fjellvaaken skytesenter. From there, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or use a taxi service to reach the shooting range. Keep in mind that taxi services may incur additional costs.

If you are already in Hovden and would like to walk to Fjellvaaken skytesenter, start from the main square and head east on Hovdenvegen. You will walk approximately 3 kilometers to the junction with Unnamed Road. Turn right and continue on foot for about 1 kilometer. The shooting range will be on your left. Please wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for varying terrain.
