Getting There

Car
If you're traveling by car, start in the town of Lom, which is about 20 kilometers from the Galdhøpiggen parking area. From Lom, take the E6 highway towards Otta. After approximately 10 kilometers, turn onto the road signposted for Galdhøpiggen. Follow this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the Galdhøpiggen parking area, where you can leave your car. Note that parking fees may apply, so be sure to have some cash or a credit card ready.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Oslo to Lom. Buses leave from Oslo Bus Terminal and you may need to change buses in Otta.
