Car

From Mo i Rana, take the E12 highway towards Sweden. Follow the signs for E6 again and merge back onto the E6, continuing north until you reach the town of Alta. From Alta, take the road to Nordkapp (Route 93) which leads you directly to North Cape. The total driving distance from central Innlandet to North Cape is approximately 1,600 kilometers and will take around 20 hours of driving time, so plan for several days of travel. Note that tolls may apply on certain stretches of the E6 highway, so be prepared for additional costs.
Public Transportation
To reach North Cape using public transportation, you can start by taking a bus from any major town in Innlandet to Oslo. From Oslo, take a bus or a train to Alta. Once in Alta, you can take a local bus that connects to Nordkapp. The total journey can take several days, so be prepared for an extended travel time. After reaching Alta, follow the signs for Nordkapp via Route 93. The ferry ride from Bodø to Moskenes takes about 3 hours and costs around 300 NOK per person for a single ticket. This route offers breathtaking views but will require careful planning and possibly several days of travel.
