Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the nearest major town, which is Lom. Head southeast on the E6 highway towards Bøverdalen. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit towards Jotunheimen fjellstue on the F204 road. Continue driving for about 15 kilometers until you reach Jotunheimen fjellstue, located at 2687 Bøverdalen. There is parking available at the fjellstue.

For public transportation, take a bus from Oslo to Lom. The bus ride takes about 5-6 hours. Once in Lom, you can catch a local bus headed towards Bøverdalen. Ensure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary by season. Get off at the stop closest to Jotunheimen fjellstue. From there, it is a short walk to the Viewpoint area.
