Getting There

Walking
Start from the Kristiansand city center, specifically from the main square (Markens gate). Head east towards Østre Strandgate. Continue straight along Østre Strandgate for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and cafes on your left and right. Keep walking until you reach the waterfront. The fortress is located at Østre Strandgate 52B, and you will see it along the waterfront area on your left.

From the Kristiansand Bus Station (Kristiansand Rutebilstasjon), take Bus Line 1 or 2 towards 'Vige' or 'Spangereid'. Get off at the 'Bystranda' stop. From there, walk towards the waterfront and follow Østre Strandgate for about 600 meters. The fortress will be located on your left at Østre Strandgate 52B.
