Once in Ramberg, continue on the E10 and look for signs for Flakstadøya View Point, which is located just off the main road. There is a small pull-off area for parking near the viewpoint. The total driving time from Svolvær is about 50 minutes.
Public Transportation
To reach Flakstadøya View Point via public transportation, start by taking the bus from Svolvær to Ramberg. You can check the schedule on the local bus service website, which usually operates 3-5 times a day. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Ramberg, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along the E10 highway towards Flakstadøya View Point. Please note that there may not be a dedicated pedestrian path, so exercise caution while walking.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route or are traveling with luggage, consider taking a taxi from Svolvær to Flakstadøya View Point. This option will be more expensive, with fares typically ranging from 800 to 1200 NOK, depending on the time of day and demand.
