Car
From Lofoten Islands, take E10 towards the town of Svolvær. Continue on E10 until you reach the village of Fredvang. From Fredvang, take the road towards Ytresand. Park your car at the designated parking area near Ytresand beach. From the parking area, follow the marked trail that leads to Moltinden. The hike to the summit takes approximately 2-3 hours.

Take the bus from Lofoten Islands to the town of Svolvær. From Svolvær, transfer to another bus that will take you to the village of Fredvang. Once in Fredvang, you can either hike to Moltinden or take a taxi to the starting point near Ytresand beach. Follow the marked trail from the parking area to reach the summit of Moltinden.
