From Lofoten Islands, drive towards the town of Svolvær. Once in Svolvær, follow the signs towards the E10 highway. Drive on the E10 highway for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Henningsvær. From Henningsvær, follow the signs towards the village of Kvalnes. Park your car near the Kvalnes Beach and then hike up the trail towards Volandstind.

From Lofoten Islands, take a bus to the town of Svolvær. Once in Svolvær, transfer to a bus that goes towards Henningsvær. Get off at Henningsvær and then either walk or take a taxi to the village of Kvalnes. From Kvalnes, hike up the trail towards Volandstind.
