Car
If you are starting from Ålesund, take the E136 highway heading northeast. Follow the signs for Molde and continue on E136 for approximately 90 kilometers. Once you reach the town of Åndalsnes, take a left onto Romsdalsvegen (County Road 63) which leads directly to Romsdalsfjorden. The drive should take about 1.5 hours. Be aware of potential tolls along E136.
