If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the nearest major city, Steinkjer. Head north on E6 for approximately 67 kilometers until you reach the exit for Høylandet (Road 760). Take this exit and continue on Road 760 for approximately 12 kilometers. Soon, you will reach Stakkmyrvegen. Turn left onto Stakkmyrvegen, and follow it for about 3 kilometers. Grungstadfossen will be on your right. Parking is available near the waterfall.
