If you are traveling by car from the center of Oppdal, head south on Storgata toward Haugveien. Continue straight until you reach the junction with E6. Take a right onto E6 and follow it south for approximately 5 kilometers. Look for a sign for Almannberget, and take the exit leading to the parking area. Please note that there is a fee of 90 NOK for parking. Once parked, you will find a small trail leading to the scenic viewpoint.
