From Beitostølen, start by heading south on the main road (Fv51). Continue on Fv51 for approximately 29 kilometers until you reach the junction with E16. Take a left onto E16 towards Fagernes. After about 4 kilometers, take the exit toward Tyinvegen (Fv 51) and follow Tyinvegen for about 2 kilometers. The Valdres Folkemuseum will be on your left at Tyinvegen 27, 2900 Fagernes.
