Car
If you are driving from Oppland, head south on E6 towards Lom. Continue on E6 until you reach the junction with Route 15. Take Route 15 towards Geiranger. This scenic drive will take you through beautiful landscapes. Once you reach Geiranger, follow the signs for Dalsnibba. The road to Geiranger Skywalk (Nibbevegen) is well-marked. Note that there is a toll fee for accessing the Dalsnibba road, which is approximately 200 NOK per car. Continue up the winding road until you reach the parking area near the Skywalk.
Public Transportation
To reach Geiranger Skywalk using public transportation, take a bus from Lillehammer or Åndalsnes to Geiranger. Check the schedules as they vary by season. Once you arrive in Geiranger, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the Dalsnibba road entrance. If you walk, it’s about a 30-minute hike uphill to reach the Skywalk. Alternatively, you can look for local tour operators that offer transport to the Skywalk directly from the bus station for around 150-300 NOK.
