If you are in the city center, head to the nearest tram stop. You can take tram line 12 towards Majorstuen. Stay on the tram for about 7 stops until you reach the stop called 'Nationaltheatret'. From there, exit and walk towards the riverfront. Jul i Vinterland will be on your left as you walk along the waterfront.
