Public Transport - Tram
If you are starting from Oslo Central Station (Oslo Sentralstasjon), head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Take tram line 12 towards Majorstuen. The tram ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the Majorstuen stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Frognerparken. Head west on Kirkeveien until you see the entrance to the park on your right.

Public Transport - Bus
From Aker Brygge, you can take bus line 30 towards Majorstuen. The bus stop is located near the waterfront. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the Frognerparken stop. Once you exit the bus, walk a short distance along Kirkeveien, and you will see the entrance to the park.

Walking
If you are in the city center, you can walk to Frognerparken. From the Royal Palace (Det Kongelige Slott), head southwest on Slottsplassen towards Drammensveien. Continue onto Bislett and then turn left onto Kirkeveien. Follow Kirkeveien for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will arrive at Frognerparken, which is on your right.

Starting from Oslo Central Station, take metro line 1 (the dark blue line) towards Frognerseteren. Get off at the Majorstuen station after about 5 minutes. After exiting the metro, follow the signs to the tram stop and take tram line 12 towards Majorstuen. Get off at the Majorstuen stop, and walk west on Kirkeveien to reach Frognerparken.
