Public Transport - Tram
If you are near Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Take Tram Line 12 towards Majorstuen or Tram Line 13 towards Bekkestua. Stay on the tram for about 5 stops and get off at 'Rådhusplassen'. From the tram stop, you will see Oslo City Hall directly in front of you, located at Rådhusplassen 1.

Public Transport - Bus
Locate the nearest bus stop to your current location. Take Bus Line 30, 31, 32, or 34, all of which have stops near Rådhusplassen. Stay on the bus for about 5-10 minutes, depending on your starting point. Get off at the 'Rådhusplassen' stop, and you will find Oslo City Hall a short walk away at Rådhusplassen 1.

Walking
If you are in the city center, walking to Oslo City Hall is an excellent option. From Karl Johans gate, a prominent street in Oslo, head towards the waterfront. Continue walking straight until you reach the waterfront promenade. Once you see the harbor, turn left and continue walking along the waterfront. After about a 10-minute walk, you will arrive at Rådhusplassen, where Oslo City Hall is located at Rådhusplassen 1.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations around the city. Head towards the waterfront and follow the bike lanes to Rådhusplassen, which is about a 15-minute ride from the central area. Once you reach Rådhusplassen, you will find Oslo City Hall located at Rådhusplassen 1.
