Public Transport - Tram
If you are near the Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), head to the nearby tram stop called Jernbanetorget. From there, take Tram Line 12 towards Majorstuen. After approximately 5 stops, disembark at the stop named 'Opera'. The Oslo Opera House will be directly in front of you as you exit the tram.

From the National Theatre Metro Station (Nasjonalteateret), take Metro Line 1 (Frognerseteren) or Line 2 (Sognsvann) towards the direction of Majorstuen. Get off at the next stop, which is 'Stortinget'. From there, exit the station and walk down Karl Johans gate towards the waterfront. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach Kirsten Flagstads Plass, where the Oslo Opera House is located.
