From Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), exit onto Jernbanetorget and look for the tram stop. Take tram line 13 or 19 towards Majorstuen. After about 5 stops, get off at the stop called 'Jernbanetorget'. From there, walk straight along the main road, and you will see Oslo Spektrum on your left at Sonja Henies plass 2, just a few minutes' walk.

If you are near Karl Johans gate, the main street in Oslo, head east towards the Oslo Central Station. Once you reach the station, follow the Public Transport instructions above. Alternatively, from Karl Johans gate, walk towards the Opera House. Once you reach the Opera House, continue along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Sonja Henies plass. Turn left, and you will find Oslo Spektrum at Sonja Henies plass 2.

From the National Theatre bus stop, take bus number 30 towards 'Munkebakken'. After about 5 stops, get off at 'Oslo Spektrum'. The venue is located at Sonja Henies plass 2, just a short walk from the bus stop.
