From Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), exit onto Jernbanetorget and look for the tram stop. Take tram line 13 or 19 towards Majorstuen. After about 5 stops, get off at the stop called 'Jernbanetorget'. From there, walk straight along the main road, and you will see Oslo Spektrum on your left at Sonja Henies plass 2, just a few minutes' walk.
