Walking
If you are starting from Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), exit the station and head towards the main street, Karl Johans gate. Walk straight along Karl Johans gate for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Royal Palace on your left. Continue walking straight until you see a large plaza on your right, which is called Bankplassen. The National Museum – Architecture is located at Bankplassen 3, just across from the plaza.

Public Transport - Tram
From Oslo Central Station, you can take Tram Line 12 or 13 towards Majorstuen. Get off at the stop called Stortorvet. From there, walk towards Karl Johans gate, then head straight down towards Bankplassen. The National Museum – Architecture will be on your left at Bankplassen 3.

If you are near the National Theatre, take Bus Line 30 or 31 from the National Theatre stop. Ride for two stops and get off at Bankplassen. The National Museum – Architecture is located immediately next to the bus stop at Bankplassen 3.
