Walking
If you are already in Frogner, simply walk towards Kirkeveien. Head south on your current street until you reach the intersection with Kirkeveien. Once you reach Kirkeveien, turn left and continue walking. Frognerparken will be on your right after a short walk of about 5-10 minutes, depending on your starting point.
Public Transport - Tram
Look for the nearest tram station, which may be located along Majorstuveien. Board tram line 19 or 12 towards Majorstuen. After a couple of stops, get off at the 'Frognerplasse' stop. From there, walk a short distance down Kirkeveien, and Frognerparken will be directly ahead. The tram fare is approximately 38 NOK for a single ticket, which you can purchase at ticket machines at the station.
Public Transport - Bus
Find the nearest bus stop and check for bus lines that head towards Frogner. You can take bus line 20 towards Majorstuen. Get off at the 'Frognerparken' bus stop. From there, you can easily walk into the park. A single bus ticket will cost around 38 NOK, and you can buy it from a ticket machine or via the Ruter app.
