Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're already in Holmenkollen, the easiest way to reach Holmenkollbakken is to simply walk. Head towards Kongeveien street. Holmenkollbakken is located at Kongeveien 5. It’s a short walk from the Holmenkollen National Arena, which is easily recognizable. Just follow the signs to the ski jump.

  • Public Transport – Tram

    For those coming from further away in Oslo, take the Oslo Metro (T-bane) Line 1 (Frognerseteren) and disembark at the Holmenkollen station. From the station, it’s a 10-minute walk to Holmenkollbakken. Walk down the hill on Holmenkollveien towards Kongeveien, then continue straight until you reach Kongeveien 5. The tram ticket costs approximately 39 NOK one way.

  • Public Transport – Bus

    You can also take bus number 41 from the center of Oslo. Board the bus at Jernbanetorget (the main bus terminal) and disembark at Holmenkollen. From the bus stop, walk towards Kongeveien; Holmenkollbakken is just a short distance away. The bus ticket also costs approximately 39 NOK one way.
