    From the Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), purchase a ticket for the Metro (T-bane) line 1 (Frognerseteren) or line 2 (Bjerke). Board the train at the central platform and travel towards Majorstuen station. Once you arrive at Majorstuen, exit the train and follow the signs for the exit. Upon exiting the station, turn left onto Bogstadveien street.

    Continue walking along Bogstadveien for about 10 minutes. At the intersection, take a right onto Frognerveien. Frogner Manor is located at Frognerveien 67, which will be on your left-hand side. The journey from Majorstuen station to Frogner Manor is approximately 1 kilometer and should take around 15 minutes on foot.

    From Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), you can also take Bus 20 towards Majorstuen. Board the bus at the bus terminal located outside the station. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Frognerparken'. From there, walk along Frognerveien for about 5 minutes until you reach Frogner Manor at Frognerveien 67.
