Public Transport - Tram
From Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), take tram line 11 (towards Majorstuen) or tram line 12 (towards Dronning Mauds gate). Get off at the stop named 'Schous Plass'. Once you exit the tram, walk straight ahead on Schous Plass for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection with Thorvald Meyers gate. Turn right onto Thorvald Meyers gate and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will find Nedre foss located in the Grünerløkka area, just past the intersection with Maridalsveien.

Public Transport - Bus
From Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), walk to the bus terminal adjacent to the train station. Take bus line 37 (towards Hellerud) and get off at 'Alexander Kiellands Plass'. From the bus stop, walk straight along the road until you reach the intersection with Thorvald Meyers gate. Turn left onto Thorvald Meyers gate and walk for about 7 minutes. You will arrive at Nedre foss in the Grünerløkka district.

From there, head towards Bislett and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pilestredet. Turn left onto Pilestredet and continue until it merges into Thorvald Meyers gate. Walk down Thorvald Meyers gate for about 15-20 minutes, and you will reach Nedre foss located in the scenic Grünerløkka area.
