Turn right onto Thorvald Meyers gate and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will find Nedre foss located in the Grünerløkka area, just past the intersection with Maridalsveien.

From Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), walk to the bus terminal adjacent to the train station. Take bus line 37 (towards Hellerud) and get off at 'Alexander Kiellands Plass'. From the bus stop, walk straight along the road until you reach the intersection with Thorvald Meyers gate. Turn left onto Thorvald Meyers gate and walk for about 7 minutes.
