Public Transport - Tram
From Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), take tram line 11 (towards Majorstuen) or tram line 12 (towards Dronning Mauds gate). Get off at the stop named 'Schous Plass'. Once you exit the tram, walk straight ahead on Schous Plass for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection with Thorvald Meyers gate. Turn right onto Thorvald Meyers gate and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will find Nedre foss located in the Grünerløkka area, just past the intersection with Maridalsveien.

From Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), walk to the bus terminal adjacent to the train station. Take bus line 37 (towards Hellerud) and get off at 'Alexander Kiellands Plass'.
