Public Transport (Metro)
If you are in central Oslo, head to the nearest metro station. The closest stations to the city center include Jernbanetorget or Stortinget. Take Line 1 (Frognerseteren) or Line 2 (Østerås) towards Majorstuen. Travel for about 3 stops and get off at Tøyen Station. From Tøyen, exit the station and head towards Tøyenparken. Follow the signs to Oslo's waterfront area. Continue walking until you reach Hafen Oslo.

From the central bus station, find the bus stop and take bus number 30 or 31 that goes towards Tøyen. Ride for about 15 minutes and disembark at the Tøyen stop.
