If you are traveling by car, head towards Ørje. From the E6 highway, take exit 5 towards Rv22/Ørje. Follow Rv22 until you reach Ørje. Once in Ørje, continue on Rv22 and take a left onto Engebret Soots vei. The Haldenvassdragets Kanalmuseum will be on your right at number 13. Parking is available nearby.

For those using public transport, take a train or bus to the nearest station in Ørje. From Oslo, you can take a train to Mysen station, and then transfer to a bus heading towards Ørje. Once you arrive in Ørje, it’s a short walk to the museum. Head towards Rv22 and follow signs to Engebret Soots vei. The museum is located at number 13, and you should expect a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop.

If you arrive at Ørje by bus or train, exit the station and head towards Rv22. Turn onto Engebret Soots vei and continue walking for about 1 km. The Haldenvassdragets Kanalmuseum will be on your right-hand side at number 13. The walk is straightforward and will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
